Cutting out round guages?

Hello,

 I have some round gauges from "the Model Car Garage", printed on acetate, that are very small.  The smallest gauges are 3/32" and I am having a tough time cutting these out in a smooth round shape.  Does anyone here know of a type of puch I could use that would cut these out smoothly?  Thanks for any help.
