OK so i was planning on painting the frame for this the color of the cab to give it more of the custom look for what all i was doing , but i need to start running wires and doing test fits and get things in place so i decided to pain the chasis black. Painted leafs a chrome steel color.
went through and detailed the bolt heads and finished putting the motor together.
started getting chassis done and ready for rest of motor and tire installment.
you can see in the last pic where the LED lights are going to go..
Next to work on is the cab, finishing wiring the 16 LED's for cab lights and run the fiber optic for top cab lights..... making it all fit can be a issue. ( side note i saw an old revell pete kit on ebay today that had the lighting kit with it too bad t was $130 i would have bought it for my next project which will be a super sleeper) still trying to decide a good paint scheme for it if i wasnt to do a pattern or stripes, two tone or a solid color? any ideas?
