Saw in another thread that I should be using auto glaze instead of lacquer putty for body work. Two questions:
1) In ignorance I've already used lacquer putty, in small amounts, filling door seams, etc. Am I already screwed?
2) Is the glaze thin enough to fill tiny imperfections (say 1/100" deep x 1/32" wide by 1/16" long)? I find it impossible to put on a small thin skin of the lacquer putty.
2a) (OK, I lied, this is really question #3) If the glaze won't work, any suggestions? I've heard of the armor guys using something called "Mr. Surfacer" Anybody familiar with that?
Thanks in advance, this forum is a great resource!
