Rookie Airbrusher

Santa brought me a single action Paasche HS set for X-Mas. I've never airbrushed so I've read the booklet that came with it.
I'll be getting some paint tomorrow to start practicing with the brush so my question is what needle would be good to use to paint with and average air pressure for the airbrush.
