I’m finishing up a few projects and started a few new…. The eye candy I have for everyone today is a 1957 Chevy Rescue truck. This started life as a Ertl Die Cast tanker truck in 1-24 scale. It is of nice quality and the cab looks great. I have two and plan on making on into a fire tanker. With this one I noticed the body work on the tanker look like and older utility body with out the tank. So I started cutting and hacking plastic and this is what I cam up with I have most of it finished and the first coat of primer on. I just have to add more body filler to the front of the rescue cab were it curves. Anyway on to the Photos… the first one is what I wanted the truck to look like
